My Business Principles

I cut my teeth at brands where performance wasn’t a slogan, it was the standard. Working with companies like Callaway and Johnson Outdoors, I saw firsthand how the best teams operate: clear priorities, quick decisions, and relentless execution. Those lessons shaped how I lead, how I sell, and how I solve problems today.

I’ve partnered with nearly every major retailer in team sports and the outdoor industry, including Scheels, Dick’s, Dunham’s, Walmart, Target, Meijer, and Amazon. At Callaway, I helped build the Strata brand’s Amazon business from the ground up and grew it to more than $10 million in just three years. I know what it takes to make progress in complex environments, and I bring that same focus and urgency to help $20 million companies move faster, stay disciplined, and win in their space.

Loyalty, patience, and consistency are the values I hold dear both as a Dad and as a trusted advisor and business owner, guiding my approach to outdoor leadership.

In farming, things break, weather shifts, and the unexpected happens, but you adapt, fix what needs fixing, and take advantage of every good break.
