The Sales Strategy Audit is a 30-day, hands-on engagement designed to identify what’s actually happening in your sales organization and create a clear path forward. 

How It Works

This is a hands-on sprint where I step in as senior sales leadership to assess what’s actually happening and identify what needs to change.


During the engagement, we focus on:

  • Clarifying roles, priorities, and decision-making
